A Tradition of Impact
The Spring Fling was first established in 2012 by retired WVHS English teacher and one of WAEF’s founding members, Kelly Bradley. That inaugural event raised $12,000, funding the launch of our Teacher Venture Grant Program—which supports innovative classroom projects not covered by the district’s regular budget.
Since then, the Spring Fling has grown into one of Wyalusing’s most beloved community events. To date, WAEF has awarded over 200 grants totaling more than $200,000, directly benefiting our teachers and students.
